King and Queen bedrooms are located at the top of the spiral staircase. Loft is on the other side of the house. Easy access into driveway. There are a few stairs for walkway access and to get into the house. The entertainment room has outside access with a 36" door. Ski drop area included with boot and glove warmers. Trail access is behind the house, notated with signs for entry and exit. Stonehurst trail connects to Whitaker Woods. Pets: hypoallergenic only, max 2, up to 50lbs each. Minisplit/portable ACs are located in each room for individual guest comfort. Outdoor amenities (fire pit and grill) are accessible with advanced notice during the winter season. Fee may apply pending weather conditions. Touchstay digital guidebook is provided upon booking. This is a comprehensive guide to the house and local area. This house is located in the middle of the White Mountains. Please note before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including reptiles, insects, wasps, spiders, snakes, bears, deer to name a few. The house is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen but the forest life may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!
